Whether it’s a massage, a favourite cocktail, or any other extras, all additional charges from the restaurant, bar, and wellness area will be settled at the end of your stay.

The Fair Resort offers an all-inclusive concept, providing a rich culinary offering for both day guests and overnight guests.

• 6:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.: Healthy breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice
• 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.: Lunch buffet
• 2:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.: Cake buffet
• 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.: Lavish dinner buffet
• Free drinks from 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (excluding spirits and cocktails)
• Cocktail happy hour: Sunday to Thursday from 9:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Your room will be ready for you from 3:00 p.m. on your arrival day and will have to be vacated by 11:00 a.m. on departure day. If you’d like to enjoy your room or suite a little longer, you can arrange a late check-out with reception (extension 750 or 751), subject to availability.
Late check-out until 2:00 p.m.: €30.00
Late check-out until 4:00 p.m.: €40.00

You can hire a fluffy bathrobe at the reception of our wellness centre for a fee of €6.00. The deposit of €20.00, which has to be paid in cash, will be returned to you as soon as you return the bathrobe. The bathrobe is free of charge for hotel guests.

Charging stations for electric cars and e-bikes are available on-site. The access code is available from the reception desk. We charge €0.50 per kWh.

Selected cosmetic products are available for purchase at both the wellness centre and hotel reception.

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and EC cards.

As a special service, we offer free bus and train travel throughout Jena. Your room card serves as your ticket.

You can drop off your laundry at reception. Details and pricing are available from our reception team.

Need to send some mail? We can take care of that for you. Stamps are available at reception. 

A selection of newspapers and magazines are available at reception and in the wellness area.

From 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., you can access the hotel via the side entrance next to the main entrance using your room key.

Everyone is welcome! Whether you’re here to relax at the spa, indulge in our buffet, enjoy a game of tennis or badminton, or host a meeting or celebration – come, stay, and enjoy!

The Fair Resort has ample outdoor parking. We charge €5.00 per vehicle per day.

Your furry friend is welcome, too! Simply enquire ahead of time and enjoy holidaying with your pet in Jena. 

Each room is equipped with a free electronic safe located in either the wardrobe or the desk. Operating instructions can be found on the respective cupboard door.

In our lobby, you will find a selection of souvenirs, magnets, and postcards.
